There are different types of ownership to consider:

• Sole Ownership – the traditional way to own a racehorse. You pay all the fees, make all of the decisions and earn all of the prize money and any sale proceeds.
• Corporate Ownership – companies can advertise their firm via the horse’s name whilst putting on days out at races and boosting staff morale.
• Partnership – a way to get involved for less by owning a percentage of the horse.
