Regal Empire fought off all challengers under Hollie Doyle to claim the Shergar Cup Classic at Ascot in a driving finish.
Always handily placed, Saeed Manana’s homebred son of Farhh showed a tremendous attitude to pass the post in front answering Hollie Doyle’s every call. The win helped the Ladies Team to Shergar Cup victory and Hollie Doyle to claim the Silver Saddle.
This improving colt may now be aimed at a return to Ascot in the valuable Lavazza Handicap on 9th September…
